Under the Sub-Partner Program (SSP) the Incubation 18 months

The sub-Partner Program is Profit Center exchanged for restricted Convertible Preferred Stock.

The terms for the Sub-Partnership outline the required conditions to enroll in the programs.

To enroll, the following two requirements are mandatory:

  1. Four Years in Business with tax returns and in viable market life cycles Market. 
  2. Expansion Plan at least 6 months requiring funding.

The registration starts with an interview to establish qualifications for the Sub-Partner Program.
