INTRODUCTION
The Member Evidence Clause is a pivotal cornerstone, ensuring that our presence in targeted markets is not only maintained but amplified as a premier Alliance Partner. This clause opens the gateway to a suite of exclusive rewards and benefits designed to empower our partners and solidify their standing within various dynamic programs. In strategic collaboration with IJJC, we have meticulously crafted a robust framework that safeguards the interests of our Alliance Partners. At the same time, they capitalize on the innovative services provided by eCETP and IJJ Corporation.
1. Alliance Partner Categories
Alliance Partners are invited to join one of the following distinguished categories:
- Tax-exempt nonprofit organizations.
- For-profit organizations and entities that are required to pay taxes.
- Each category is tailored with distinct rewards and benefits packages that include options with preset pricing, engineered to yield calculable earnings in the form of cash contributions.
- The eCETP stands as a revolutionary, intuitive self-service ecosystem, offering 365-day, 24-hour access to conduct limitless donation contribution campaigns independently, thereby enhancing your strategic outreach.
2. Enrollment Requirements
Our streamlined membership enrollment is a selective application approval process for Alliance Partners, defined by measurable criteria that ensure only the most committed and capable entities join our ranks. The criteria include:
- Adherence to the Member Evidence Clause.
- Valid business or entity registration in the state of domicile.
- Demonstrable proof of management control.
- Successful completion of the Mandatory Training Program.

3.1 GOVERNMENT AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
Upon approval, Alliance Partners unlock access to the Donator Backer module. Our comprehensive training program, spanning 2 to 4 days, equips partners with the resources to process their first On-Demand Order.
In Addition, a 7-day trial run of a live donation campaign is included, empowering partners with hands-on experience in deploying and managing a donation campaign using various option plans that feature exclusive rewards and benefits.
Before engaging in a private, self-sponsored donation campaign, it is crucial to establish a base of existing members as donation subscribers. Please note that IJJC does not provide donors or guarantee funding, reinforcing the importance of proactive engagement.

We highly recommend reserving 20% of your initial cash flow to invest in your Donor. This strategic investment facilitates the creation of self-funding, repeatable donations, and participation in our innovative deposit conversion program.
3.3 THE 20/60/40 OPTION PLAN
Acknowledging the financial demands of nonprofit operations, we offer donors the flexibility of the 20/60/40 option plan. This plan optimizes the allocation of contributions, with the preset $40 donation divided as follows: 60% ($24) is directed towards the selected option, and 40% ($16) is allocated as a strategic contribution.
3.4 CONTROLLING FUNDING RAISED
IJJCorp provides a seamless Business Processing as a Service (BPaaS) through our Donation Platform, ensuring that we do not collect or manage donation deposits. Instead, all donations are securely redirected to the sponsorâs designated banking account. At year-end, a comprehensive 1099 form is provided, consolidating quarterly reports, including those from the final reporting period.
For those navigating the cryptocurrency landscape, eCETP generates a secure paper wallet. 3.6 FOR-PROFIT ENTITIES
For-profit entities are required to collaborate with a nonprofit organization to offer campaign services on eCETP. The nonprofit must be registered to conduct the donation campaign as the sponsor. Contributions or gifts made by for-profits are distinct from donations and must be documented accordingly.
As an Alliance Partner, it is advisable to synchronize your fundraising efforts with strategic contributions, which can serve as working capital or be directed towards charity events, nonprofit foundations, or other nonprofit entities.
3.7 CONTROLLING FUNDING RAISED
All donation deposits are under the sole control of the sponsor and managed through a banking account of their choice. We do not handle these funds, so we are ensuring that all financial management remains in your hands.
3.8 THE 60/40 PLAN
For-profit entities should be thoroughly prepared to launch a donation campaign by adhering to eCETPâs proven procedures. The Nonprofit Alliance Partner should secure a base of 250 donors and understand that this platform is a complete, self-service donation contribution solution.
- As a participant in eCETP, I know all donations contributions are taxable.
