Access to eCETP will be available mid-September 2024.

1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose:

The purpose of the eCETP training manual is to facilitate users’ learning how to create/modify/approve a Donation Backer Campaign and deploy and run a live Donation Campaign to become Certified eCETP Operators.

eCETP requires each trainee to complete three steps before becoming a certified member with full access to eCETP.

1.2  eCETP is a Private Member Enterprise:

The governance of members will require each prospective member to meet the Member Evidence Clause terms and conditions.

In addition, there is an approval process, which includes background clearances and continued monitoring to safeguard the integrity of high-profile organizations.

1.3 The Restricted Membership:

Membership is limited to government and nonprofit organizations with civil and social commitment requirements who will participate fully in a restricted donation platform. In contrast, legal businesses with registered permits to conduct donations and must be maintained to operate in a restricted environment.

1.4 eCETP has the following modules:

          • Donation Campaign Manager
          • Order and Payment Processor (ERP)
          • Customer Relationship Manager
          • eCommerce Tracking
          • IJJ internal Tokens Exchange Trader

This training manual will cover only the Donation Campaign, Order and Payment Processor, and User Profile in CMS, excluding the e-commerce Tracking and Internal Token Exchanger Trader.

1.5 eCETP – Training module covers the following functionalities:

          • The Donation Campaign modules descriptions.
          • Profile Setup, which includes the providing information for background checks.
          • Preparing the Mandatory Training setup.
          • Selecting the donation payment process to receive Donations.
