IJJCorp and Government Officials
- Under no circumstance our Government officials be offered cash or Payments for anything.
- IJJCorp personnel, and Alliance Support team are direct when some in Congress or Executive Branch Partners must not provide, request, or give a gift, including travel directly, to U.S. federal government officials (e.g., legislators, legislative staff, agency personnel, nor military personnel).
- Partners must not use personal expenditures to circumvent this Standard.
- Facilitating Payments
- Partners must not pay facilitating payments.
- Partners may make necessary payments in exceptional emergencies involving personal health and safety. Partners must report the payment immediately to the chief compliance officer if this occurs.
