The Mandatory Training Programs (MTP)

Who gets Training?

• Training programs are accessible to all Certified Alliance Partners.
• Training services are offered to the Alliance Partners interested in sponsoring funding campaigns or obtaining an eCETP License.
• eCETP training provides an intuitive list of training options at various levels of learning.
• As Business Processing and as Service (BPaaS), the entire experience is online. In addition, all training is also online with a live interactive instructor providing the remote class experience.
• Follow-on knowledge training is online as tutorial videos.
• Additional specialized training subscription-level technical services are also available. Click on Video No. 7
• Training geared for Nonprofit and For-Profit interested in eCETP BPaaS Services hosting their site.

BPaaS users:

• Private label rebranding is allowed to promote and sponsor campaigns.
• The training period is up to 4 days with follow-up intervals of structured onsite or remote learning.
• Training also has a 10 to 12-day live earning donation campaign with free 1 Retainer and 150 Account Receipts for donor deposits

License includes:

• White labeling rebranding and software upgrades.
• The training period is 30 days with follow-up intervals of structured onsite or remote learning.
• Training also has a 10 to 12-day live earning donation campaign with a free 1 Retainer and 150 Account Receipts for donor deposits.

Training Package includes

• eCETP training includes technical service manuals and live chatroom support.
• License Holders will receive a lifetime Alliance Partner Membership
• API certificate for updates and upgrades.

Training Period 1:

1. Online sessions using provided material to follow the instructor with live interaction and chatting.
2. Includes how to use the account manager to generate reports.
3. Training develops eCETP trainers to support in-house staff users.
4. How to support the donator, address user interface issues, plus the most frequent questions & answers with support level training materials.

Training Period 2:

1. Trial Period: On-hand training for a live donation with earning and lesson use cases.
2. The instructor provides live interaction and chatting.
3. Training-2 is four lessons: (4-days at 2 hours per day learning the preparation stages and 14 trial periods.

• How to integrate resources and set up subscriber listing.
• How to create data exports and generate reporting requirements for Federal and State.
• Staging the campaigns and Running the campaign

License Holder Separate Training Includes:

1. 1. System Administrator training.
   2. Training for Trainers to support end-user internal.
   3. The training includes both Training Periods.

Online User Training Program:

• Free Training Program with all materials, Token 1 Retainer, and 150 Account Receipts Supplied.
• Training experience starts with setting up the Alliance Partner Account to running a live 10 to 12-day donation after 2 to 4-days of structured programming.
• In a 5 to 12-day trial period, the Alliance Partner could earn between $2,400 to $6,000 in working Capital to cover their time and expenses.
• Additional training for all Alliance Partners is provided online as tutorial videos, plus subscription-level technical services are also available
